Jordan joined the company in February 2016, having previously worked for a well-known high-street bank in a managerial role for 7 years.
Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, experimenting with flavours when cooking, watching sport, and gaming. For his sins, Jordan supports Leeds United, Leeds Rhinos, and Yorkshire CC. Jordan’s favourite animal is a tiger, and hopes that one day he will get to go out on safari and see them in their natural habitat.
Kirsty started working for the company in 2010, having worked in the financial services industry for over 11 years. Kirsty is responsible for the team of Client Managers and New Business Managers for our Dynamic Cash Management service. She previously worked as a Mortgage and Insurance Broker where she became CeMAP qualified. In her spare time, Kirsty enjoys keeping fit by playing badminton and going to the gym, and enjoys watching movies and reading.
Peter joined the company in 2010 to develop the systems and controls for Dynamic Cash Management, moving on to helping develop the Personal Managed Portfolio service. He joined from his previous role working on projects within the Occupational Pensions world. Peter holds the Diploma in Actuarial Techniques and the Certificate in Finance and Investment from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, and the Investment Management Certificate. In his spare time, Peter enjoys playing lacrosse for a South London team and in the summer attends as many tournaments as possible each year in the UK and abroad with a touring team he helps to run.
Alan has had 30 years of industry experience, mainly working in the retirement and corporate markets. He has been a director of Gale and Phillipson Ltd for 10 years and continues in a senior management role both on an advisory and business development level. Alan is now using his 30 years experience obtained in the Financial Services sector to promote the Dynamic Cash Management service both regionally and nationally, whilst remaining as a full time Director/Board member of the wider Gale and Phillipson company.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, reading, walking, and golf.

Andrew started working at Gale and Phillipson in November 2011. After graduating from Northumbria University in Newcastle – with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Politics and previously worked at Richmondshire District Council. In Andrew's spare time he enjoys Skiing, playing Cricket and Football and his favourite places to holiday are Berlin and Barcelona.
New Business Administrator
Mel joined the company in November 2014. Prior to this she worked as Company Administrator for a property finding and relocation company for military personnel, where she also handled all of the purchase process - from arranging viewings to managing offers and house purchase completion. In her spare time, Mel enjoys riding and looking after her horse and looks forward to competing in the near future. As an avid supporter of Sunderland AFC, she would also like to see just one season where they comfortably survive in the Premier League.

Joe joined the company in 2014. Prior to this Joe worked in retail banking for a well-known high-street bank. In his spare time Joe enjoys playing golf watching football and taking part in his local pub quiz.
Ian joined the company in November 2015, after finishing a degree in Music Technology from Teesside University. In his spare time he enjoys producing and recording music in his make shift home studio, as well as playing the guitar and piano. He also enjoys playing and watching football and walking his Jack Russell, Charlie.
Suzie joined the company in 2015. Having previously worked at an IFA firm as an administrator, she has also worked in a secondary school and her previous role before joining the company was at The Priory Group as a treasury administrator, looking after petty cash, staff expenses and bank account reconciliation for around 65 care homes. In her spare time, Suzie enjoys socialising with friends and family, drawing and knitting.
Kelly joined the company in 2013. Prior to this Kelly worked as a Customer Services Administrator for a small family business. She currently holds the Certificate in Retail Banking Conduct of Business Qualification. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys reading, badminton, travelling and spending time with her family.
Grant started working for the company in June 2015. Before joining Gale and Phillipson, Grant spent 7 years working in the leisure and hospitality industry. In his spare time, Grant enjoys playing football and golf and has recently discovered the latest combination… footgolf.
