Alan has had 30 years of industry experience, mainly working in the retirement and corporate markets. He has been a director of Gale and Phillipson Ltd for 10 years and continues in a senior management role both on an advisory and business development level. Alan is now using his 30 years experience obtained in the Financial Services sector to promote the Dynamic Cash Management service both regionally and nationally, whilst remaining as a full time Director/Board member of the wider Gale and Phillipson company.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, reading, walking, and golf.
Jordan joined the company in February 2016, having previously worked for a well-known high-street bank in a managerial role for 7 years.
Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, experimenting with flavours when cooking, watching sport, and gaming. For his sins, Jordan supports Leeds United, Leeds Rhinos, and Yorkshire CC. Jordan’s favourite animal is a tiger, and hopes that one day he will get to go out on safari and see them in their natural habitat.
Kirsty started working for the company in 2010, having worked in the financial services industry for over 11 years. Kirsty is responsible for the team of Client Managers and New Business Managers for our Dynamic Cash Management service. She previously worked as a Mortgage and Insurance Broker where she became CeMAP qualified. In her spare time, Kirsty enjoys keeping fit by playing badminton and going to the gym, and enjoys watching movies and reading.
Peter joined the company in 2010 to develop the systems and controls for Dynamic Cash Management, moving on to helping develop the Personal Managed Portfolio service. He joined from his previous role working on projects within the Occupational Pensions world. Peter is a qualified actuary and holds the Investment Management Certificate. In his spare time, Peter enjoys playing lacrosse for a South London team and in the summer attends as many tournaments as possible each year in the UK and abroad with a touring team he helps to run.

New Business Manager
Andrew started working at Gale and Phillipson in November 2011. After graduating from Northumbria University in Newcastle – with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Politics and previously worked at Richmondshire District Council. In Andrew's spare time he enjoys Skiing, playing Cricket and Football and his favourite places to holiday are Berlin and Barcelona.
New Business Administrator
Prior to starting at Dynamic Cash Management, Sophie worked in a spa as an Administrator for 2 years, enjoying the perks of the job such as getting a massage or spending time in the Hot Tubs.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling around watching her partner play cricket. Sophie also likes taking her Pup Bailey out for walks and socialising with friends. Sophie has also created her own 'bucket list', which includes sky diving and bungee jumping so she will be very busy ticking off the items on her list.
Client Manager Team
Grant started working for the company in June 2015. Before joining Gale and Phillipson, Grant spent 7 years working in the leisure and hospitality industry. In his spare time, Grant enjoys playing football and golf and has recently discovered the latest combination… footgolf.
Ian joined the company in November 2015, after finishing a degree in Music Technology from Teesside University. In his spare time he enjoys producing and recording music in his make shift home studio, as well as playing the guitar and piano. He also enjoys playing and watching football and walking his Jack Russell, Charlie.
Senior Client Manager
Joe joined the company in 2014. Prior to this Joe worked in retail banking for a well-known high-street bank. In his spare time Joe enjoys playing golf watching football and taking part in his local pub quiz.
