Our Process

Opening your account

  • We will gather information from you which we need to open your account.
  • We will record your liquidity needs and the amount you wish to save with us.
  • We will post you a single form to sign.
  • Once we have confirmed your identity and bank account details, we will open your account.

Placing your funds

  • Once your account is open we’ll send you details of how to log in to your account and how to make your deposit.
  • Within your online portal you will see a simple and clear proposal for your approval, this will be based on spreading your funds across institutions to earn a consistently competitive rate of interest.
  • Once you make your deposit and approve your proposed portfolio, we will move your cash into the relevant accounts, and you will then see the updated balances on your online portal.
  • Your funds in the hub and in the underlying deposits will be held in trust with Gale and Phillipson acting as trustees.  At all times the money deposited with the banks will qualify for standard FSCS protection and have no exposure to the credit worthiness of Gale and Phillipson itself.

Ongoing management

  • On a regular basis we will review your portfolio and provide you with clear, updated, proposals when your cash needs to be moved or your return can be improved.
  • Once you approve your new portfolio, we update your accounts and you will then see your updated account balances on your online portal.
